Poltak specializes in infrastructure and is highly experienced in transportation law. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has been involved in a broad range of transactions in the transportation sector such as project financing, aircraft financing, M&A, EPC works, railways concession, airport privatization, public private partnership, advisory works and many more.
He assisted our client in relation to investment in Mini-Hydro Power Plant projects, advised the syndication transaction in financing provision for the development of Gas Fired Power Plant facilities in Batam, represented an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise for privatization of an airport in Medan, involved in the acquisition of the longest toll road in Indonesia, and assisted a public listed company in Toronto Stock Exchange running numerous gold and copper exploration projects in Indonesia.
